Ordered items are packed and posted within four days. Postage outside the UK is charged at cost and debited to the customer's credit card at the point of despatch.

Postage within the UK Mianland (excluding certain Highlands & Islands postcodes) is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50 a charge based on the parcel weight plus VAT is made.

ADVANCED ORDERS
If an item has not yet been released you can order in advance to make sure you get the model, we do advise this as many models will be a ‘sell out’ upon release. we will only charge for the items when they are ready for despatch.

TAX CHARGES
All new models in our store include VAT at 15% which is payable by all UK or the European Union customers, for those orders from customers outside the EEU your basket will show the price excluding vat which is zero rated. Please note: much of our store stock are obsolete models sold under the UK global accounting scheme for tax and the price shown is final, wherever the customer is located.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. You may send your credit card information to us via telephone or fax. We also accept PAYPAL or NOCHEX to sales@modelstore.co.uk via the online links.
